Laurent Partouche works alongside French and international listed and unlisted groups advising them on their tax issues (tax management support, M&A transactions, real estate transactions, etc.). He has over 15 years of experience in private equity transactions (small, mid and large cap) alongside investment funds in their acquisition or external growth (audit and structuring) and financing transactions.
Laurent also assists management teams in the tax structuring of management packages, as well as fund management teams in the structuring of carried interest. More generally, he advises companies on the implementation of employee share ownership schemes.
Finally, Laurent advises private clients (family-owned businesses, founders and directors of companies, executives) on the tax management of their remuneration flows and their personal and professional assets on both national and cross-border matters.
Laurent also regularly assists his clients in the context of tax audits and litigation.
Laurent began his career in Baker & McKenzie's tax department in 2002 and joined the Arsene Taxand law firm in 2005, where he was previously partner from 2011 to 2019 before launching Keels Law Firm. He is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux.
