Mélanie advises companies on their day-to-day tax matters, in France and internationally, as well as on internal reorganization and restructuring projects. She also assists executives with personal and wealth tax issues.
Mélanie also supports groups and investment funds, from tax due diligence to structuring, in their acquisition and financing transactions.
Mélanie has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2019 and joined KEELS Avocats in January 2026, after practicing at Viguié Schmidt et Associés (October 2018 – December 2025).
Education: Master’s Degree (Master 2) – DJCE in Business Law and Taxation (Bordeaux)
