Christel advises on tax law in the context of French and cross-border transactions (mergers & acquisitions, LBOs, management packages, group restructurings, executive tax advisory and wealth structuring). Her main areas of practice also include assisting companies with tax audits and tax litigation.

She advises a wide range of clients (large French and international companies, mid-sized companies/SMEs, investment funds, family offices and private individuals).

Christel began her career at Andersen Legal in 2002, then EY Law, before joining White & Case in 2005. In 2012, she co-founded the firm SLVF, prior to its merger with Viguié Schmidt in 2017. She joined KEELS in January 2026.

She is a member of A3F (French Association of Women Tax Lawyers, including three years on the Board) and a member of IACF (Institute of Tax Counsel Lawyers).

Education: DJCE in Business Law and Taxation (Cergy-Pontoise), Business Law studies (Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and ESSCA degree (initial training, specialization in Audit & Accounting)
